Prior to diving, all divers must complete a Medical Questionnaire. Download it here: Divers medical questionnaire.pdf
Please be aware that certain medical conditions (eg asthma, heart disease, diabetes) and/or prescription medication may prevent some people from diving. Divers over 45 years old and anyone who answers YES to any of the questions on the medical questionnaire will require a recreational dive medical prior to diving. You will not be allowed to dive until you are declared medically fit to dive. For advice please contact our office directly.
No experience is required. You just need to pass the medical questionnaire (above) and the swim test in the pool.
